delivery
We currently only offer delivery to addresses within UK mainland.
All orders are sent using a tracked courier service.
As soon as your parcel has been posted, we'll send you a dispatch confirmation email that includes a tracking number for your delivery which you can check at any time. You'll also receive a notification from the delivery service letting you know when you can expect your order to arrive.
UK standard tracked delivery: £7
- delivered within 2-3 business days
UK express tracked delivery*: £10.50
- delivered within 1-2 business days
*for orders placed before 11am weekdays.
Ordering one of our sample packs too? We'll post this to you separately, for free, as standard Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please note that this delivery service is un-trackable.

submitting staff signatures
If you'd like to add staff signatures to the inside message, please let us know before placing your order or as soon as possible after.
You can get in touch via our Contact Us page.
We'll need you to email us high-quality photo or scanned image of the signatures on a blank white sheet of paper. We'll then clean up the signatures before integrating them into the design. (If you need to send multiple images, that's OK).
