Yes! We want our cards to be eco-friendly, which is why we only use FSC-certified paper. This is paper that has been harvested and produced in a responsible manner, protecting the forests and the wildlife and people who call them home.
We offer two different card sizes; A6 cards in either a portrait or landscape orientation, and square cards. When folded, the dimensions are:

You can order from as little as 20 greeting cards, with increments of up to 300 cards. If you would like to purchase more than 300 cards in one bulk order, please contact us.
Our greeting cards start at £30 for 20 A6 cards and £40 for 20 square cards, with discounts offered the more cards you order. The final cost will depend on the size of card you choose, the quantity of cards and also your delivery location and postal option. You will be able to see the final cost during the checkout process. Yes, that's exactly what Greetd is for! Our online design editor makes it quick and easy for you to create personalised greeting cards that are as unique as your business! We've plenty of backgrounds for you to choose from and design elements, such as fonts and illustrations, for you to use.
We offer you the option to Design Your Own card, where you can get really creative and design your card from scratch, with help from our design tools and elements. Or you can create a branded card in minutes by simply personalising one of the many customisable design templates we have for you to choose from.

Of course! Our design editor allows you to upload your own business logo image and personal photos and add them onto the card design template. You can then use our design tools to crop, rotate, position and add other styling effects.

With a great variety of design templates for you to choose from, for all occasions, each card template is easy to personalise with your own photo, message, company name or logo in the defined areas of the design. Unfortunately no, sorry. Each card in a pack will feature the same design.
You can upload images in JPEG and PNG formats. Please ensure your uploaded image is no smaller than 500x500px and no larger than 3500x3500px, with a DPI no smaller than 120dpi.
For the best print results, we recommend you upload JPEG files at the highest quality and resolution that you can. A resolution of 300dpi would be ideal if possible.
No, you're OK to upload your images and photos in RGB format. We'll convert your finished design to CMYK before printing.
Please be aware that colours displayed on monitors and screens will always look more vibrant and brighter than the final printed colours.

Yes, you will receive a dispatch email confirmation once we have posted your order to you.
Yes, we'll send you delivery updates about your order via email, and also via text if you have provided us with a mobile number. You'll receive a link to your Order Status page where you'll be able to check the status of your order at any time.
Yes, all of our orders are sent using a tracked courier service to ensure that they arrive safely. The tracking number for your delivery will be included in the dispatch email confirmation that we send you once we have posted your order. You will also be able to view this tracking number on your Order Status page.

Returns, Refunds & Reprints
Oh no, we're very sorry to hear that.
We'll make every effort to ensure that the cards you receive will be of the high standard you expect. But if there's a problem, please contact us with your order number and explain what the problem is and we'll do our best to fix it.
As we only offer personalised greeting cards, that are customised for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. But in the unfortunate event that the cards you receive are faulty, we will reprint and send you replacements, free of charge. Please note that we will need to see evidence of the fault before sending you replacements.
It is vitally important that you check all the details of your customised design, such as spelling and punctuation, before you proceed to place your order. If a design error has been made that was not a fault of ours, we cannot offer refunds or replacements. If you've noticed an error after you've placed your order, please contact as soon as possible to let us know. Providing your design has not yet gone to print, we can look into making your requested amendments.
Also, we do not offer refunds or replacements for cards that have not been cared for in your possession and have subsequently become damaged.
Yes, but we will need to see evidence of the fault.
If your cards have unfortunately arrived in a damaged condition or with a print defect, please contact us within 1 week of receiving our order to notify us of the fault. Once notified, we will reprint and post your replacement cards to you, free of charge.
We offer our customers a cooling off period of 3 hours following the time you place your order. Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as you can and within this 3 hour period to let us know your request. Once notified, we will cancel your order and refund you in full. We cannot accept cancellation requests after this 3 hour period as we will have already started the personalisation process for your order.
