Our cards & materials

All of our corporate greeting cards are professionally printed onto premium, thick 300gsm TruCard stock to ensure they make a great impression on your clients and employees. TruCard is a specialist greeting card material that features a silk-coated cover for vibrant colours, while the inside is left completely uncoated, making it incredibly easy to write your own personal message.

Absolutely. We only use sustainably sourced paper that has been responsibly harvested, ensuring we help protect the environment. Our cards and envelopes are also chlorine-free, biodegradable, and 100% recyclable. To give a little back, we also donate 2p from every single card to the Woodland Trust.

As standard, we offer two versatile sizes: an A6 card (available in portrait or landscape) and a modern square card (148x148mm). If you would prefer a different card size, simply get in touch to request.

Yes, every card comes with a crisp, plain white envelope. If you would like to upgrade to a coloured envelope, or a fancy paper type, simply contact us to request.

Design & personalisation

Yes, that’s exactly what Greetd is for! We have a huge variety of customisable card templates designed specifically for businesses. Our platform makes it incredibly easy to design online - simply pick a template you love and personalise it in minutes so it's ready to send to your clients or employees.

Absolutely. When you use our online editor, you have complete creative freedom. You can easily upload your own company logo, team photos, and custom text, and you can place them anywhere on the design to make your corporate greeting cards uniquely yours.

You definitely can. If your in-house team has already created a bespoke design, you can skip our pre-designed templates and choose our 'Design Your Own' option instead to upload your finished artwork directly onto the card. (We accept JPEG and PNG files - see below for our recommended file settings!).

We accept image uploads in both JPEG and PNG formats. For the best print quality, we highly recommend uploading a high-resolution image of at least 300dpi. And don't worry about converting your files to CMYK mode - you can upload in RGB and we will handle the conversion for you before it goes to print.

Yes! Whether you're sending 20 cards or 2,000, we can print each recipient's name directly inside the card, saving you from writing them all out by hand. Please note there is a small fee for this service. If you'd like to add recipient names, please get in touch via our Contact Us page before placing your order (or as soon as possible afterwards) so we can arrange it before your cards go to print.

Yes, and this service is completely free of charge! Just have your management or team sign a blank sheet of paper, snap a photo, and send it over. We'll clean up the image and arrange the signatures perfectly into your card's design. Just like with the recipient names, please let us know before placing your order or as soon as possible afterwards so we can add them in before printing.

While our platform makes it really simple to design online yourself, we know you’re busy. If you get stuck, want an expert eye on things, or simply prefer to leave it to us, we offer a complimentary design service. Just send us your logo, brand guidelines, or ideas, and our team will build a professional layout for you at no extra cost.

Ordering & pricing

You can order anywhere from 20 up to 500 cards directly through our website. We designed our service to be as flexible as possible for businesses of all sizes, so if you are planning a larger campaign and need more than 500 cards, just get in touch with us and we’ll happily put together a free custom quote for you.

Yes! Bulk orders aren't a special separate option for us; they are our standard service. Volume discounts are automatically built into our pricing, so the more cards you order, the less it costs per card. We also offer a price match guarantee - if you find a comparable quote elsewhere for the same premium quality, just let us know!

Because we move quickly to get your cards printed and dispatched, we offer a 3-hour cooling-off period. If you spot a typo or need to cancel, just get in touch with us within those first 3 hours and we’ll happily pause the order or refund you in full. After that window, your design will already be in the printing process.

Delivery & returns

We currently deliver exclusively within the UK. All bulk card orders are sent using a secure, tracked courier service to ensure they arrive safely. Your delivery should arrive between the hours of 7am-6pm, Monday to Friday.

For cards delivered directly to your office, we offer Standard Tracked Delivery (2-3 business days) for £7, or Express Tracked Delivery (1-2 business days) for £10.50.

We pride ourselves on our print quality, but if your cards arrive damaged or with a print defect, please let us know within a week of receiving them. Send us a quick photo of the issue, and we will reprint and replace your order completely free of charge. (Please note that because the cards are uniquely personalised, we can't offer refunds for customer typos - so please give your proofs a careful read before approving!).
