How do you send the cards?
Your cards are posted via Royal Mail. You can choose between Standard 1st Class or Standard 2nd Class postage. For clarity and to help ensure your card arrives safely, we'll attach a printed label with the recipient's name and address to each envelope.
Will the cards arrive on time?
While postal delays can unfortunately occur, especially during the busy Christmas season, we'll always advise you on the best sending times. This helps to ensure your cards arrive in good time, even if there are unexpected hold-ups.
Can you help with the card design?
Yes, absolutely! We love helping our clients get their designs just right, and we can be as hands-on as you need. We can add your branding to an existing template, create a bespoke card from scratch, or format your own design perfectly for print.

Can you add recipient names inside the cards?
Yes! We can print individual recipient names inside the cards, or we can handwrite the names if you prefer. Simply let us know your request when you contact us.
How do I add team signatures?
To include team signatures, simply have everyone sign a blank white piece of paper. Send us a photo or scanned image, and we'll refine it before seamlessly adding the signatures to the inside of your card.
Can you send cards outside of the UK?
No, sorry. We currently only offer our Send Direct service to addresses within the UK.
How do you handle personal data?
Rest assured, we'll handle the personal data you send us professionally and securely. Recipient names and addresses will only be shared with Royal Mail for the sole purpose of delivering your cards. We do not store this information after your order is complete, nor do we use it for marketing or share it with any other third parties.
